🎃 Calling all little Body Detectives! 🕵️‍♀️🍎✨

This Sunday, we’re turning snack time into an adventure at Bites & Body Clues — a playful family experience designed to help kids slow down, explore food with curiosity, and begin noticing the little clues their bodies give them.

We’ll NOTICE • EXPLORE • TASTE • DISCOVER together through hands-on activities, playful learning, and plenty of fall fun. 💛

Costumes are welcome, grown-ups join in too, and the whole experience is created to make learning about our bodies feel fun, safe, and exciting.

📍 IN JOY Wellness | Harbour Bay Plaza

If you know this kid, you know how blessed I am to get to be his momma! I love that we’ve been starting our homeschool co-op days with quality playtime at the park followed by the most amazing enrichment program at The Learning Studio. The kids come in ready to connect, learn, play and rest! Can you imagine that?!? They actually ask for blankets and bolsters 💛💛💛 that’s some amazing self-regulation skills at work!!
