You did the exercises. Every single one, every rep they gave you. You showed up to every appointment. Iced when you were told to ice. Rested when you were told to rest.

You did everything right.

And somehow, you're still here — still feeling it when you reach overhead, still bracing before you get out of the car, still wondering if this is just what your body is now.

That's not a discipline problem.

You clearly have discipline. That's a "the plan wasn't built for what's actually going on" problem. If you did the work and you're still here, the work was never the issue.

We are so proud and fortunate to be part of a community that puts such an emphasis on the quality of care students receive in our schools.

We are honored to be able to be part of this in our own small way 💙

A big thank you to the Paramount Run Club for their generous $2,500 donation to the Howard-Suamico Education Foundation! 💙

Their gift will help support School-Based Mental Health Services across the Howard-Suamico School District , helping ensure students have access to licensed mental health professionals right in their schools.

Community support like this helps ensure students continue to have access to trusted mental health professionals during the school day, when and where support is needed most.

We are grateful to the Paramount Run Club for investing in the well-being of our students and helping make a meaningful difference in our schools. Thank you for running with purpose and giving back to our community! 🏃‍♀️💙

Great day on the course! ⛳

Our team had the opportunity to attend and sponsor the 31st Annual New Community Shelter Golf Outing at Oneida Country Club , and it was a fantastic day spent supporting an organization that's making a meaningful impact in our community.

Events like these are a great reminder that some of the best relationships are built outside the office. We enjoyed connecting with local business leaders, catching up with familiar faces, meeting new ones, and spending time with a community that shares a passion for giving back.

A big thank you to NEW Community Shelter for putting together another outstanding event and to everyone who stopped by to say hello. We're grateful to be part of such a supportive and engaged business community.

We're already looking forward to next year!
