I am also certified as a KMS IQ cutting artist and enjoy cutting curly hair. I specialize in HEALTHY HAIR! My goal is to make YOU look great an any shade of color whether your brunette, red, or blonde in the healthiest way! I specialize in cutting Asian, curly, and fine hair. The beauty about this industry is every Artist has their own vision, if I had to define my work it would be centralized around the word INTEGRITY! I am all about being creative and stepping outside of the box, but I also desire for my clients to enjoy the process of getting there little by little. I enjoy education and learning new tips and tricks. I believe within every whelm of life education is key, for it separates you from the rest. My latest educational obsession is BALAYAGE!! I love the freedom and artistic formation that is needed when doing this form of application. I am also certified in one the BEST hair extension applications that I have seen in the last 10 years known as Hothead extension. In addition to extensions, I have over 5 years of preforming the Keratin Smoothing Treatment. This is what Driver’s Seat looks like... 🚗

Sometimes a client can get exactly what they asked for and still not love the result.

During this consultation, I realized her previous stylist actually followed the inspiration photo. The problem was that her curl pattern did not naturally behave like the curl pattern in the photo.

This is why the consultation matters.

In the Driver’s Seat, the stylist has to be confident enough to guide the client, not just agree with them. Our job is to understand the destination, explain what their hair can realistically do, and create the best route to get there.

A great consultation isn’t just “What do you want?” It’s “Let me help you understand what will work for your hair."
