Meet TRU90, a 90-day program combining Unicity’s Unimate and Balance with lab testing and daily tracking in the TrufaMED app to support your weight-management efforts alongside food choices and movement.

Here’s how it works:
1. Build your routine with two Unimate drinks and one Balance fiber drink each day.
2. Start with a lipid panel and A1C to establish your baseline cholesterol and blood sugar numbers.
3. Track your drinks, set reminders, and follow your progress in the app.
4. Complete 90 days and repeat both labs to see how your numbers compare.
