Tea and Snacks, and Meditation!!!

All of our Level 7 meditation members gathered together to drink tea, listen to each other's stories, and spent time meditating while journaling together.

We can realize our mind is false through this meditation.
It is truly wonderful to have time where we could help each other, listen to each other, and let go of things, understanding that all of my negative thoughts and actions are created by this false mind.
