Thank you for all the support and prayers. The floor plans have been completed by a certified architect. Now we wait for the state for the certificate of occupancy and the change of status to become a state facility. Thank you for your continued support and prayers it is appreciated.

Looking for a local architect
Update: I have another requirement from the state Changes of occupancy to a R-3 assisted living facility are under DLI jurisdiction per MN Statute 326B.103 Subd 13. Since they are classified as “State Licensed Facilities” a set of architectural signed and certified plans are required per MN Statute 326.12, Subd 3 and Minnesota Rule 1800.4200.

After months of going back and forth with the state our application has finally moved to the next step. We are now waiting for physical inspection. Continue to pray with us!
