Don't wait until tonight to "sit down and stretch", don't wait until your day off on Saturday, stop telling yourself you'll sign up for yoga when things slow down.... just find a minute, each day! Start there then add another... Maybe another after lunch, maybe another while waiting in line at the bank, and another while the water is boiling for noodles. You get what I'm saying ? Small chunks of time add up at the end of the week. Id rather have you tell me you stretched 25 times in a week than ZERO ❤️

Happy March ☘️ There is so much good happening and spring arriving soon is one of them 💐
Today I finally got to see my favorite bird, the American Robin, appear in my yard along with some friends. My Invisalign journey is coming to an end waaaay sooner than expected! T-12 weeks to a great smile 😁 I've been sleeping better and experiencing zero jaw inflammation, I was near tears when my orthodontist, Dr Tara said how well I was advancing !
What's going on for you in March? Are you coming in for a stretch? Do you have any trips planned or kiddos in sports? What's your favorite bird or critter that visits your yard?
Id love to know, see you soon 😊

✨CLIENT SPOTLIGHT✨

It's been a minute since I've shared a spotlight on one of my amazing clients!

Sometimes I get asked how far clients drive to come see me. Audrey is the winner 🏆 She received a gift certificate for a stretch session from a family member but the day she needed the stretch, she came all the way from Lafayette, IN 💛
Such an amazing athlete and smart young lady! She's a runner and really needed the stretch session. She felt so much better afterwards and wished we lived closer to one another.

Audrey got to visit with her Grandma after the stretch and went back home to compete feeling looser and ready to outrun the competition 😊

I'll say it over and over, young athletes need to stretch! I'm so glad she made the trip and felt amazing afterwards 👏🏼
