Embodiment is not perfection. It is presence. It is the willingness to feel, to listen, to respond, to align. It is the art of allowing your truth to move through your body without resistance.

When you soften into embodiment, your energy field harmonizes. Your nervous system relaxes. Your awareness expands. Your actions begin to match your essence.
