DID IT START WITH YOU?

Have you ever noticed the same fears, beliefs, or behaviors showing up in your parents, yourself, or even your children?

Have you stopped to consider where those patterns began?

Some families pass down a legacy of faith, prayer, and godly wisdom. Others may pass down patterns that don't align with God's Word.

Just because something negative has continued for generations doesn't mean it has to continue through you.

Biblical Perspective: Ezekiel 18:20 teaches that children aren't held guilty for their parents' sins. Repeated negative family patterns does not automatically mean generational curses or demonic influence. Discernment matters.

LET'S TALK!

Do you believe certain struggles can be passed down through generations? Why or why not?

Inside Getting To The Root Together Skool community, we explore the roots of patterns that may be hindering spiritual and personal growth.

Join our Christian community and be part of the conversation.

Community Reflections: Let's Talk About Roots and Fruits!

Have you ever been part of a conversation that made you stop and think about something differently?

That's what we're doing this month inside the Getting To The Root Together Skool Community!

Through our Root vs. Fruit discussions, we're looking at everyday situations and spiritual struggles that many Christian women face.

We talk about what might be happening beneath the surface, how those roots can affect our lives, and what kind of fruit they might produce.

And here's the good part. You don't have to have all the answers!

Sometimes, hearing another woman's perspective helps you recognize something you hadn't considered before.

Come join the conversation! Share your thoughts, learn from others, and grow alongside Christian women who are also seeking to grow in their faith.

When the same struggle keeps showing up in your life, it may be a sign that God is inviting you to look a little deeper.

Step 1 of my Getting To The Root Process is **Identify the Root**.

Instead of only focusing on what keeps happening, ask yourself: What could be underneath this pattern? Is there a fear, belief, past wound, or habit that may be influencing the way I think, respond, or make decisions?

Sometimes we pray for change, but God may also be showing us something that needs to be addressed at the root.

Premium members in the Getting To The Root Together Skool community receive a monthly action plan to help them work through this process more intentionally and apply what they are learning.

For now, start here: **What is one pattern you keep noticing in your life?**

Root vs Fruit: October Conversation

October is all about asking a different question:

If this is the root, what kind of fruit could it produce?

For example, a root of fear can affect the choices we make, how we handle relationships, and even how we respond when unexpected things happen in our lives.

This month, we will look at everyday roots and spiritual roots. We are not saying everyone has the same story or struggles. The goal is to help you slow down, notice patterns, and think about what may be growing from the root.

Come join the conversation. Share what you notice, learn from others, and take the next step that is right for you.
