I’m Shidelle Watson, PMHNP, founder of Sho Love Psychiatry & Health. With 8 years of nursing experience and 3+ years as a psychiatric nurse practitioner, I bring experience in outpatient mental health, addiction treatment, and residential care.
My goal is to create a space where you feel comfortable being yourself, asking questions, and sharing what you’re going through. We’ll work together on a care plan that considers your needs, goals, and everyday life.
As a wife, mother, and working professional, I understand how difficult it can be to make time for yourself. That’s why Sho Love will offer evening and select weekend appointments for busy adults throughout Florida.
