This past Summer, Ice Plant Juice Bar 🌱 had the pleasure of joining the Strong Over 50 Busch Gardens Fitness Experience 💪🏽

Held at Busch Gardens Tampa Bay, this free wellness event brought together adults 50+ for a morning centered around strength, mobility, energy, healthy aging, and active living 🍏

From instructor-led strength training, gentle Pilates and dance fitness to wellness vendors, giveaways, breakfast, and time to enjoy Busch Gardens, it was an inspiring day filled with movement, connection, and community 🌻

We loved being surrounded by so many amazing people and wellness partners who are committed to helping our community feel good, move well, and live fully 🍃🦋

MMFitness gym has a vibrant community filled with people who all have completely different personalities, backgrounds, goals, and ways of being. Everyone can come in, be themselves, and feel comfortable being exactly who they are.
