Last Thursday brought us indoors to the Vestry for a cozy, feel-good flow with some familiar faces. Small but lovely, and just what we needed! So grateful to have a space to keep flowing, rain or shine. 🧡

We’re back tomorrow! With some milder fall temps and drier conditions, we’re hoping for a beautiful evening on the mat! 🍃

I’m excited to share a new opportunity to bring Irenic Yoga to Integra Isles in Leesburg for a special Saturday morning poolside flow! ☀️🌴🧘‍♀️

Come start your weekend with a 60-minute, beginner-friendly yoga class in their beautiful poolside space. Move, breathe, stretch, and enjoy a little Saturday morning reset. 🧡

And while you’re there, you’ll get a chance to check out the Integra Isles community! Whether you’re looking for a future apartment home in Lake County (or know someone who is) it’s a fun way to experience the community while getting some yoga in.

There was something so refreshing about slowing down, connecting, and flowing together with a little taste of fall in the air. ✨

A quick schedule note: No class this Thursday, 10/1, as I’ll be out of town! ✈️

Come celebrate one year of Sun Run Club! The morning kicks off at 8 AM with the run beginning at 8:30, plus another workout opportunity throughout the morning. I’ll be winding things down with a 30-minute flow at 10 AM.

And if you’re sticking around afterward, there’s plenty to enjoy at the market! 🌿✨

Two different vibes, two different ways to move! Both are a good reminder to make a little space for yourself.
