13 years as your wife. ♥️

I love you more today than I did the day I married you.

It’s crazy to think our story started in a bar. You bought me a Long Island Iced Tea, asked for my number, and I thought I gave you the wrong one but about 10 minutes after you walked out, my phone buzzed with your text… and I realized I had definitely messed up. 😂 I guess it was meant to be.

A few days later, we had our first date at Shogun’s, and the next morning you surprised me with flowers. 💐 We went on one more date, then somehow we stopped dating and just became friends. Even though you asked me to be your girlfriend more than once, my answer was always no.

We were both fresh out of long relationships and honestly just enjoying life. We were there for each other through everything, but we were definitely in our party era. Somewhere along the way, our friendship became the foundation for something so much bigger.

A year and a half later, you finally wore me down, and I said yes to being your girlfriend. If I’m being honest, I didn’t think we’d last. I was convinced you’d eventually do something to screw it up, you were a pl***oy & a bad boy. 😂

I’ve never been happier to be wrong.

You became my best friend, my safe place, and the love of my life. You’re the person I have the most fun with, the one who keeps me grounded, and the one I can always count on. Watching you be a father has made me fall in love with you even more. Our boys are so lucky to call you Dad.

I truly believe our marriage is so strong because we were friends first. We’ve seen each other through every season of life, celebrated the highs, survived the lows, and somehow continue to choose each other every single day.

Happy 13th wedding anniversary to my husband. ♥️

Thank you for 16 amazing years together, 17 years of friendship, and a lifetime of memories still waiting to be made.

After 14 amazing years, it was time to let him go. He was having seizures that we couldn’t stop. Chico wasn’t just a dog he was family. He filled our home with unconditional love, loyalty, and so many memories that we’ll carry forever. He was there through so many chapters of our lives, always happy to see us, always by our side or under my feet.

Our house will be a little quieter and our hearts are so much heavier. We are incredibly grateful for every single year we had with him.

Run free, sweet boy. Thank you for loving us so well. You’ll always be a part of our family and you will be missed more than words can ever say.

We love you, Chico.

Being your mom is one of the greatest blessings of my life. From the moment you came into this world, you completely changed my heart in the best possible way. Watching you grow, learn, laugh, and become your own little person has been the most amazing journey.

Bentley, you bring so much joy, love, and purpose into my life every single day. Even on the hard days, your smile can make everything better. I love your kindness, your curiosity, your silly personality, and the way you make every moment feel special.

Watching you grow up is beautiful and bittersweet all at once. Part of me wishes I could freeze time and keep you little forever, but another part of me feels so proud getting to watch the incredible person you are becoming.

Thank you for teaching me a deeper kind of love than I ever knew existed. No matter how big you get, no matter where life takes you, you will always be my baby and the biggest piece of my heart.
