🎉New Sound Healing Class for Cancer Community! 🎶💛

I'll be facilitating Bad Cells, Good Vibes— a free monthly sound healing class created for the Adolescent and Young Adult (AYA) Cancer Program at Mayo Clinic. This offering provides a space to pause, relax, and connect through the restorative experience of sound healing.

A heartfelt thank-you to Chemo Companions for generously sponsoring this class and helping make it possible! 💛

👉🏽 Anyone living with cancer between the ages of 15–39 is welcome!

📅 2nd Friday of each month, 6:00–7:30 PM

📍 Mayo Clinic 5881 E. Mayo Blvd., Building 3, Phoenix, AZ (Concourse Level: Integrative Medicine Classroom)

This class is FREE!
Space is limited to 12 participants.

💫 What an incredible weekend!

A heartfelt thank you to Avelora for creating such a beautiful experience at the 2nd Annual Radiance Rising Wellness Festival. 💛

I was honored to be a vendor and lead a workshop exploring energy practices and sound healing, and I truly had the best time! There was such a warm, welcoming energy throughout the entire event. From the wonderful vendors and delicious food trucks to the live music and all the amazing people who showed up with open hearts. It was truly a special gathering.

And to the woman behind it all...thank you for your incredible hard work, vision, and dedication. Bringing together so many moving pieces and creating a space where wellness, connection, music, and creativity could all come together is quite a feat!
