I led a session last night, Sync Yo' Self Yoga Nidra + Sound Healing at The Shrine of Holy Wisdom (every 2nd Thurs 630-745pm). Such a beautiful picture for so many reasons! The Shrine is just wow, but I'm just humbled and honor to hold space for those who are looking for peace, clarity, healing and just trying to work thru their curriculum as best they can 🩷 If you feel called to experience sound healing and/or yoga nidra (sleep-based meditation) then I hope you can join me next month! Hi! I made this video right before Christmas - a sneak peek into a private event I gifted to my family.
