Your body is more than what you can see. It’s rhythm, sensation, energy, and vibration. 🌿

For thousands of years, sound and frequency have been explored as ways to connect with the body and consciousness. Today, many turn to frequency practices to support moments of meditation, grounding, relaxation, and deeper self-exploration.

From 174 Hz to 963 Hz, different frequencies are associated with different energetic and emotional qualities, inviting everything from grounding and calm to clarity, intuition, and expanded awareness. 💜✨ Comment LEARN for our free sound frequencies on our website!
