🎃 Don't scare your back this Halloween!

From moving decorations to carrying pumpkins, fall projects can put extra strain on your back if you're not careful.

Keep these lifting tips in mind:

✔ Bend at your knees instead of your waist
✔ Keep the object close to your body
✔ Engage your core before lifting
✔ Avoid twisting while carrying something heavy
✔ Ask for help with large or awkward items

And remember: if something feels too heavy, don't try to be a hero. 👻

Using proper lifting techniques can help reduce unnecessary strain and keep you moving comfortably.
