Gift purchase, what to buy, wrapping gifts, who's party can I attend? 😁
Hosting a dinner, 🤔 and last but not least; The Family Dinner! 🙄
How to control this unwanted Stress.
1. Plan ahead: What partys to can attend,and plan your grocery shopping, make a menu, if you're hosting.
2. No: It's ok to say No, you can't attend everyones party, besides it will reduce your stress.
3. Spending : Make a budget, and stay on it.
4. Stay Healthy: Eat healthy food and snacks, and go for a walk, relax watch a movie, take in "me time"
5. Be Respectful: At parties and family dinner, we all have differences, focus on the positive similarities.
5.Relax: Enjoy your family and friends, have fun, laugh and enjoy! That's what the holidays are for.
