Today, I walked for love. 🤍

For the love that brought each person there. For those who are suffering, searching for answers, grieving someone they love, or finding their way forward after surviving a su***de attempt.

For the love we still carry, even when we don’t know what to do with the pain. For the people we wish we could hold again. For those beside us who need to know they matter.

Today, we walked together.
Each of us with our own reasons, our own stories.

My hope is that we make room to listen.
To ask.
To smile.
To Hug.
To love.
To stay close.

Are you hijacked by your emotions?
Emotions make wonderful messengers.
They make terrible leaders.

Most people believe emotions 😤 are the problem.
They're not.

The problem begins when an emotion quietly takes over the driver's seat.
🚘 Fear starts making decisions.
🚘 Anxiety starts predicting the future.
🚘 Anger starts speaking for us.
🚘 Guilt starts choosing our priorities.
🚘 Shame starts defining who we believe we are.

Without realizing it, we stop responding to life.
We start reacting from an emotional state that was never meant to become our identity.

🤔 Awareness changes everything.
The moment you can say, "I'm noticing anxiety" instead of "I am anxious," you create space.
🔜 Space to choose.
🔜 pace to breathe.
🔜 Space to respond instead of react.

Your emotions are valuable messengers.
They were never meant to become your leaders.

🇲🇽To be Mexican is to dare to believe before the evidence is complete.

We are a people who rise after earthquakes, rebuild after loss, laugh in the middle of uncertainty, celebrate death as part of life, and keep moving when the path ahead is unclear.

"¿Y si sí?" is more than a question.
It is a way of being.
It is the moment we choose possibility over fear.
It is taking one more step before we know the outcome.
It is trusting that today's effort can become tomorrow's miracle.
Because great things never begin with certainty.
They begin with people willing to believe before certainty arrives.
Nations are built that way.
Families are healed that way.
Dreams are fulfilled that way.
Lives are transformed that way.
So...
¿Y si sí?
Maybe this is the time.
Maybe we are ready.
Maybe the impossible has simply been waiting for enough people to believe together.
That is why "¿Y si sí?" is so powerful.

🧠 Most of us believe uncertainty is the problem.
❌ It isn't.

The real challenge is believing we need certainty before we can move forward.
📝 We gather more information.
📝We seek more reassurance.
📝We wait until fear disappears.

But clarity rarely comes before action.
It comes from trusting yourself enough to take the next step—even when you don't know exactly how everything will unfold.

Growth begins the moment you stop asking,
"What if it goes wrong?"
and start asking,
"What if I can handle whatever comes?"

💡 Confidence isn't built by eliminating uncertainty.
It's built by discovering that you are capable of navigating it.

Many of us believe we are protecting ourselves.
But often, we are protecting an identity we've outgrown.

The identity that says:
👔 "I have to be the responsible one."
👔 "I have to get it right."
👔 "I have to keep everyone happy."
👔 "I have to make the perfect decision."
👔 "I have to stay because leaving means I failed."

For a while, those identities may have served us.
⤵️ They helped us survive.
⤵️ They helped us succeed.
⤵️ They helped us belong.
⤵️ But eventually, the very identity that once protected us begins to limit us.

💡 Practice of observing who you have been so you can consciously choose who you are becoming.
"Is the person I've been protecting still the person I consciously want to become?"
Sometimes your next breakthrough isn't changing your circumstances.
It's giving yourself permission to release an identity that no longer serves your future.

🌅 Sometimes the hardest truth to hear is the one you already know.
Not because it is unclear.
But because admitting it might require change.

🧱 The challenge isn't always a lack of clarity; it's the endless negotiation.
🗣️ "I know I'm unhappy, but maybe I'm overthinking."
🗣️ "I know this isn't working, but maybe I should wait."
🗣️ "I know what I want, but maybe everyone else is right."
🗣️ "I want to, I need to, but..... I don't know."

🛟 Not knowing is often not a lack of clarity. It's protection.
Not because we don't have the answer.
But because knowing would require:
⏩ An action.
⏩ A difficult conversation.
⏩ A boundary.
⏩ A decision.
⏩ A loss.
⏩ A change.

We stay in uncertainty because uncertainty—and even discomfort—can feel safer than change.
The transformation starts when we stop asking:
💡 "Am I wrong for feeling this?"
and start asking:
💡 "What am I trying so hard not to know?"
Your inner wisdom usually whispers long before it screams.
The question is not whether it is speaking.
The question is whether you are willing to listen.

Many of us think the past hurts because it happened.
But often the pain continues because we keep replaying it.
♻️ A conversation.
♻️A betrayal.
♻️A mistake.
♻️A decision.
♻️Something we should have said.
♻️Something we wish someone else had done.

♻️The event ends. Yet our mind returns to it again and again.
Not to heal it.
Not to solve it.
Simply because it feels unfinished.

The challenge is that every time we replay it, our body responds as if it is happening now.
🔼 The heart races.
🔼The chest tightens.
🔼The stomach knots.
🔼The emotions return.

♻️The past is over. But the experience becomes present again.
Healing does not always begin when the memory disappears.
Healing often begins when we stop asking:
"Why did this happen?"
and start asking:
"What am I still carrying?"

💡 Freedom rarely comes from changing the past.
It comes from changing our relationship with it.

Beneath the problem is usually a relationship.
Not the relationship with another person.
The relationship with the problem itself.

⌛ We spend so much time trying to solve the problem that we rarely stop to examine how we are relating to it.
↘️ The job.
↘️ The relationship.
↘️ The uncertainty.
↘️ The fear.
↘️ The decision.

Often, those are not the real obstacles.
Sometimes we aren't stuck because we don't know what to do.
We're stuck because clarity would require change.

🛟 Sometimes uncertainty feels safer than knowing.
🛟 Sometimes fear feels safer than action.
🛟 Sometimes frustration feels safer than responsibility.
🛟 And sometimes the problem stays because, in a strange way, it is protecting us from something we don't yet want to face.

💡 Awareness begins when we stop asking:
"What is the problem?"
and start asking:
"What is my relationship with it?"
That question has the power to change everything.
