Meet Kelly! 🧘‍♀️

We’re excited to welcome Kelly Bouillon as our instructor for September’s Namaste for Dinner!

Kelly began practicing yoga in 2013 while exploring alternative ways to support her overall wellbeing. In 2022, she completed her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training and Ayurvedic Nutrition Certification through My Vinyasa Practice.

Her goal is to create a space where yogis can come as they are and practice without judgment, using simple vinyasa flows and poses to create a thoughtful experience for the mind, body, and spirit.

Join Kelly for an hour of yoga, then stick around for dinner and W**e Wednesday!

📅 Wednesday, September 16
🧘‍♀️ Yoga from 6-7pm
🍷 $10 includes the class + a glass of w**e, draft b**r, or non-alcoholic beverage

All experience levels are welcome!
