A weekend dedicated to advancing knowledge & expanding possibilities 💜💫

This past weekend, I attended the Motiva Masterclass in Louisville, Kentucky, hosted by Medical Director for Motiva Breast Implants, Dr. Brad Calobrace!

The meeting featured an excellent combination of surgical education & lectures, providing valuable insights into the latest techniques & options in breast augmentation. Continuing education is an important part of providing my patients with individualized care, & I’m excited to bring what I learned back to my practice to offer even more implant & breast augmentation options for my patients.

There is some evidence that massage for depression may lower stress, reduce symptoms, and improve sleep. However, more research is necessary.
