🎉🎂 HAPPY BIRTHDAY, AARON! 🎂🎉

They say imitation is the sincerest form of flattery… so naturally, the LTW team decided to celebrate Aaron’s birthday by becoming Aaron for a day. 😂🧢👕

We may not all be able to match his style, but we can certainly try!

Jokes aside, today is all about celebrating the owner, operator, and driving force behind Lorenz Total Wellness. Thank you, Aaron, for your passion for helping people move better, feel better, and live better, for everything you continue to teach us, and for the vision that makes LTW what it is today.

We're grateful to be part of the team you've built, and we're pretty sure there's only one real Aaron Lorenz! 😉

Help us wish Aaron a very HAPPY BIRTHDAY in the comments! 🥳👇

Vacations should leave you with memories—not a sore back.

Hours in the car...
Carrying luggage...
Sleeping in unfamiliar beds...
Walking more than usual...

These all place new demands on your body.

If your movement isn't efficient, those small stresses can quickly become pain.
A little preparation now can help you enjoy every mile of your trip.

The body is connected.

Sometimes shoulder pain begins in the hips.

Sometimes knee pain starts at the foot.

Sometimes neck pain begins with posture.

If we only treat where it hurts...

we may miss why it hurts.

That's why we assess movement from the ground up.

07/09/2026

Did you know we often begin with a movement assessment before treatment?

Why?

Because pain rarely tells the whole story.
A stiff ankle can affect your knee.
A restricted hip can overload your back.
A tight shoulder can start with poor posture.
We don't just treat where it hurts—we look at how your body moves together.
That's where lasting results begin.

Every summer we hear the same thing...

🌿 "I was only gardening."

⛳ "I just played one round of golf."

🚶 "It was only a short hike."

The activity usually isn't the problem.

It simply reveals movement patterns your body has been compensating for—sometimes for months or even years.

When one area isn't moving well, another area works overtime.

Eventually your body says:

"Enough."

Instead of avoiding the activities you love, let's discover why they hurt in the first place.

🔥 Heat + Lift = A Happy Body

What happens when you combine TECAR Therapy with Cupping Therapy?

Think of it like this: TECAR turns up the circulation, while cupping creates space for tissues to move more freely.

✨ TECAR warms tissues from within
🔵 Cupping gently lifts and decompresses restricted areas

Together they can help:
✔️ Reduce tension and stiffness
✔️ Improve circulation
✔️ Support healthier movement
✔️ Speed up recovery

Those circles aren't bruises—they're a sign we're helping your body move, adapt, and communicate more effectively.

Because sometimes the answer isn't more pressure... it's creating the right environment for your body to do what it was designed to do.

🔥 Your hips are meant to MOVE — not just stretch.

“Rolling Hips” is one of the movement-based techniques we use at Lorenz Total Wellness to help restore fluid motion through the pelvis, low back, and surrounding fascia. By combining bodywork with guided movement, we help the body release tension patterns while improving coordination, mobility, and stability.

When the hips move well, the entire body moves better:
✔️ Less low back tension
✔️ Better weight transfer & balance
✔️ Improved athletic movement
✔️ Reduced compensation patterns
✔️ More efficient movement overall

This is more than massage — it’s movement-focused therapy designed to help your body move with less tension and better control. 💥
