Vision therapy graduation? That’s what I like to call it when all of the visual processing skills that were once sufficient are now within normal range and the binocular vision dysfunction is cured ❤️ 🤷🏼‍♀️

This is the most dancing you’ll ever get out of me on TikTok, so enjoy, but I’ll be honest I really can’t help it.

😢 I couldn't pay the High Prices Tech Companies were charging... So I contacted the hardware companies and hired my own developers... 😉 And now I'm selling my device at nearly 90% less than similar systems. 🥰
Because ACCESS TO CARE should come before profits 😍
Technology in medicine should be a light and hopeful , not some dark ominous shutter of "cool" and exclusive
If you gate keep to access of care for my patients... I'm not coming for you... I'm just going to make something better ☺️ 🤷‍♀️ 😘

Video 3 of our 5-part series answers one of the biggest questions about the device:

How were we able to make it so much more affordable?

The answer is intentionality.

During development, I looked at custom housings, sleek enclosures, special casings, and other features that could have made the device look much more expensive.
But I kept asking the same question:

Does this actually improve the testing?
If it did not improve the eye tracking, add meaningful clinical information, improve the workflow, or help the patient, I did not want doctors paying for it.
I chose to put the investment into the technology, software, testing, workflow, patient experience, and clinical support instead.

The device is $3,000, and for Founding Practices it is available through 30 interest-free payments of $100 per month, with software licensing waived for the first three years.
The goal is not simply to make a less expensive device.
The goal is to remove financial barriers without sacrificing the technology that actually matters.
Video 3 of 5 is now live.

Working with professional athletes is always such a blast and so exciting because there’s nothing like being with people who have worked so hard and continue to push themselves to get to such an elite level. 💪
This is the closest you’re going to get to me dancing on TikTok so enjoy lol

After actually using an eye tracking device for nearly 6 years in practice and taking painful note of each inefficiency that slowed me down as a clinician and did NOT add clinical value changing a single thing to my diagnosis or treatment of Pediatrics to Professional Athlete, I had enough.

This was selfishly made for me, lol. Me... a clinician working hand on with patients, running my clinic, wanting diagnostic equipment that did what I needed for DIAGNOSIS and didn't require a bunch of choices, options, and clicks that hadn't helped me once in 6 years.

Designing this for my real world clinics, I have a very strong feeling other clinicians will find this useful too, soooooo
with in office demonstrations already set up this week, I'm excited to help these doctors help their patients withOUT adding burden to their clinics ✨🥰

More Tests Don’t Mean Better Testing | Why I Designed This Device D...

We’re kicking off a new 5-part series sharing the story behind our eye-tracking and binocular vision evaluation device.

In Video 1, I’m sharing why I built it in the first place.

After using eye-tracking technology in my own clinics for six years, I reached the point where I needed more devices—but could not justify paying the same extremely high price again.

What started as a way to create a more affordable solution for my own clinics became a much bigger mission: making this type of testing accessible to more doctors so fewer patients are missed.

Too many children and adults struggle for years with reading, attention, headaches, double vision, post-concussion symptoms, and other challenges without anyone identifying the binocular vision problem underneath it.

My hope is simple: make advanced testing more accessible so more doctors can catch these problems earlier.

This is Video 1 of 5. Over the next several videos, I’ll be sharing the design philosophy, pricing, workflow, and professional network behind the system.

Last Sunday was a dream come true as I released my Eye Tracking & BVD Assessment Device.
Last Sunday, I had the opportunity to officially introduce my new eye-tracking and binocular vision testing device to doctors at the NVision event in San Diego, and what amazing doctors they are! 🥰 I nearly lost my voice from fielding questions and was the last booth to clean up and head out.

After years of building, testing, refining, and working directly with patients and clinicians, now seeing doctors learn of the system in person—and seeing their excitement about what it could bring to their practices—was incredibly meaningful.

What stood out most was how strongly doctors responded to the fact that this was built with them in mind: to make advanced visual testing more accessible, more practical, and significantly more affordable without cutting quality of the world renowned tech we use.

Some of these devices are already making their way into doctors’ offices, and that makes this milestone feel even more real.

I’m deeply grateful to NVision for giving me the opportunity to introduce this technology and share the vision behind it.

This video is a reflection on why I built it, what I learned from years in clinical practice and operating more Vision Therapy Clinics than anyone in the world and why I believe technology in healthcare should support doctors—not replace them.

By an optometrist, for optometrists.

Because patient access to quality, doctor-directed care should always come before corporate profits.

Curing double vision is sort of something we totally do all the time… ok… so wording is tricky. 🤪
Hopefully this video makes more sense 🥰
