That little skin tag catching on your necklace—or rubbing against your clothing—can be a bigger annoyance than its size suggests.

Skin tags are small, benign growths that often develop on the neck, underarms, and other areas where skin rubs against skin or clothing. While harmless, they can become irritated or be a cosmetic concern.

At Celly Health, our providers assess the area and recommend an appropriate removal approach for your needs. Treatment is typically quick and minimally invasive, with attention to your comfort throughout the procedure.

Your consultation is a chance to discuss the best technique, what to expect, and how to care for the area as it heals.

We also offer laser hair removal and laser tattoo removal.

Have a skin tag you’d like evaluated? Contact Celly Health to schedule a consultation.

The walks. The dancing. The everyday adventures.

Your bones help make it all possible, and they deserve attention, too.

October 20 is World Osteoporosis Day, a reminder to think about bone health through midlife and beyond. Declining estrogen around menopause can accelerate bone loss, making this an important conversation in your preventive care.

Start with the foundations:
• Weight-bearing movement, such as walking
• Strength training suited to your abilities
• Getting enough calcium and vitamin D
• Discussing your risk factors and whether bone density screening is appropriate

At Celly Health, we can help you discuss your bone health, nutrition needs, and preventive care options as part of a personalized plan.

Strong bones support the life you love. Let’s talk about protecting them.

“It’s probably just part of getting older.”

If you’ve been telling yourself that while living with persistent pain, you deserve a conversation about what’s happening.

October 18 is World Menopause Day, and this year’s theme shines a light on chronic pain at midlife.

Pain that affects your sleep, movement, work, or enjoyment of everyday life deserves attention. Being in perimenopause or menopause shouldn’t mean your concerns are brushed aside, and it doesn’t mean hormones are the only possible explanation.

At Celly Health, we listen to your experience, consider your overall health, and work with you to explore appropriate next steps.

Your comfort, function, and quality of life matter.

Schedule a visit to talk about menopause care and the concerns affecting your daily life.

You leave an appointment with a treatment plan—but do you understand what it means for you?

October is Health Literacy Month, and we’re highlighting something that should be part of every healthcare conversation: clear answers.

“What does this result mean?”
“Why are you recommending this treatment?”
“What are my options?”
“What happens next?”
These are welcome questions.

At Celly Health, we believe personalized care includes explaining the why, listening to your concerns, and helping you understand your next steps.

You don’t need to know the medical terminology before you walk through our door. Bring your questions. We’ll work through them together.

Beautiful fall days can come with an unwelcome companion: allergy symptoms. 🍂

Checking your local pollen count can help you understand what’s in the air.
Reports generally range from LOW to VERY HIGH—but how you feel also depends on which pollens trigger your allergies and how sensitive you are.

Even a low-count day can bring symptoms for someone who is especially sensitive.

Knowing the count is helpful. Knowing your triggers is the next step.

Celly Health offers expert diagnosis and personalized treatment for allergies, asthma, and immunological conditions. Our board-certified specialists are dedicated to helping you breathe easier and live better.

Schedule an allergy consultation and let’s talk about what’s triggering your symptoms.

“I just don’t feel like myself.”
Maybe you’re waking up throughout the night. Losing your train of thought. Feeling more irritable, or noticing your once-predictable period has its own agenda.

Perimenopause, the transition leading up to menopause, can bring changes that affect more than your cycle:
• Irregular periods
• Hot flashes or night sweats
• Trouble sleeping
• Brain fog or difficulty concentrating
• Mood changes
• Vaginal dryness or discomfort
• Changes in sexual desire

Everyone’s experience is different, and these symptoms can have other causes, too. A conversation with your provider can help you understand what may be happening.

At Celly Health, we listen to your concerns and work with you on a care plan that fits your symptoms, health history, and goals.

You make time for so many people. Your health deserves a place on the calendar, too. 💗

October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month, a meaningful reminder to check in on your breast screening plan.

Not sure when to start mammograms, how often to schedule them, or how your family history affects your risk?
Bring those questions to your healthcare provider.

At Celly Health, we believe preventive care starts with a conversation, one where you feel heard, informed, and supported.

Schedule a primary care visit to discuss your preventive care needs and next steps.
To everyone living with breast cancer, navigating treatment, or supporting someone they love: we’re thinking of you this month and throughout the year.

💪 It’s National Women’s Health & Fitness Day—and we asked two of our own NPs, Alexis and Jess, for some of their favorite ways to keep moving and take care of their health.

Their advice? You don’t always need an hour at the gym to make movement part of your day.

Alexis has been known to sneak in 10 squats while she’s waiting for the microwave.
😉
Jess likes to use her lunch break to get outside and walk.

Park a little farther away. Take the stairs. Go for the lunchtime walk. Sneak in those kitchen squats.

And don’t forget about strength.
Including resistance exercise as part of your routine is especially important for women as we age, helping support muscle strength and bone health.

And while we’re talking about women's health, Alexis and Jess have another important reminder:
❤️ Pay attention to your heart.

Heart health is an important part of women's health and deserves a place in our everyday wellness conversations—not just when something feels wrong.
Today isn't about doing everything perfectly.

It's about finding small, sustainable ways to keep moving, get stronger, and take care of the body that's carrying you through life.

Happy National Women’s Health & Fitness Day from Alexis, Jess, and the Celly Health team! 💙

Celebrate Your Health.

🥗 We asked Celly Health NPs Alexis and Jess about women's wellness, and they had too many good tips to fit into one post.

Here are a few!

🥣 Don't forget the fiber.
Fiber supports digestive health and can also play a role in maintaining healthy cholesterol levels. Jess likes adding fruit to meals, while Alexis adds chia seeds to yogurt or smoothies.

💪 Prioritize protein.
Getting adequate protein can help support muscle and lean body mass—and becomes especially important as we think about maintaining strength and healthy aging.

And finally, don't leave your mental health out of your wellness routine.
Jess recommends finding time for things like walking, yoga, or reading.
Alexis encourages connecting with other people, exercising, and finding a creative outlet you enjoy.

Their biggest takeaway?

Learn what fills your cup and make room for it.
Women's health isn't one thing. It's how we nourish ourselves, move our bodies, maintain our strength, connect with others, and take care of ourselves mentally and physically.

You don't have to change everything today.
Pick one thing and start there. 💙
