Sitting at the airport. I’m traveling to Virginia to teach and someone ask me why I got into teaching and how long I’ve “been in the industry”?
It’s been since 2003 since I started to change my life. 2011 since I wanted to improve myself to better help others through personal health and fitness training.
2015 since I started in physical therapy.
It wasn’t until 2025 that I started teaching.

My response is simple: Im only one person and I wanted to make a bigger impact on helping people.

Thats what drives me to do and be more: make a bigger impact to hopefully leave the world a better place because of me. My avenues of doing that is indirect through serving people and helping them take back their lives physically and psycho emotionally.

What an amazing opportunity I was given to do that.

I may be bad at social media but in person I’m ecstatic for the impact I’ve made and will only adapt and scale from here.

Confidence isn't something you find. It's something you earn by repeatedly keeping promises to yourself.

When it comes to self discipline: Those who seem most disciplined make less choices in each day. Automate and simplify the small stuff. Meals, clothing, their consistent routine. They just eliminate mental fatigue from the choice paradox of each day.

You're typically not told that the quality of your attention is more important than the quantity of your time.

Once hour of intentional presence is able to accomplish more than several hours of distracted attention.

Becoming focused with fewer mental tabs gives space for clarity and ex*****on. ☕️

So, my bro-in-law decided to plant lemon seeds from Buffalo Wild Wings, and one of them actually flourished!

🍋 It got me thinking, what are the incredible odds that brought you to this moment?

You've navigated life's obstacles, accessed opportunities, and earned the respect of others. Yet, our minds often focus on what's lacking instead of what's thriving.

Here's the thing: you have the power to nurture the good - gratitude, self-care, and meaningful connections.
Or, you can let negativity, excuses, and distractions take hold.

The choice is yours. What will you cultivate today to harvest a life that's truly fulfilling?

Question: Can low pressure water cut through rock?

Erosion is a thing, but even a drop consistent enough leads to breakdown of stone.

Like consistent effort sustained over a long enough period of time leads inevitable change.
