❤️ A Little Update From Me
I wanted to give everyone a little update because so many of you have checked on me lately…

I’m getting better! 🫶❤️

Every day I’m seeing a little more progress, feeling a little stronger, and getting a little more like ME again—and that feels SO good to finally be able to say.

I’m still taking things day by day and giving myself the time I need, but we are definitely moving in the right direction! 🙌

I truly cannot thank y’all enough for the messages, check-ins, patience, prayers, and continued support of Troy Nutrition while I’ve been working through this.

I’m ready to get back behind that bar, see all of your faces, laugh with y’all, and get back into our normal groove. 🧋❤️ Slow progress is still progress—and we’re getting there!

Thank y’all for loving on me and Troy Nutrition through it all. 🫶
