NEED TO DESTRESS?🥴
WE CAN HELP YOU WITH THAT!!!

A Sound Bath is a meditative experience where you lie down and let waves of sound and vibration wash over you from instruments like singing bowls and gongs.

THE MOUNT IDA COMMUNITY FOOD PANTRY NEEDS YOUR HELP!!!
We are in DESPERATE need of bags. They can be paper, plastic and reusable. NO AMOUNT is too small (or large). Preferably the ones with handles, but we arent fussy. ☺️ Bags can be dropped off at the pantry any time. If no one is there to take them they can be left in the gray box to the left of the red doors. For more information please call Denise @ (518)603-3873. Thank you

The Mount Ida Community Food Pantry cannot thank Lori Harrington for her generosity and those who added to the "pot". In under 24 hours our community came together and raised enough funds for us to PURCHASE a BRAND NEW freezer for the pantry. AMAZING IS ALL I CAN SAY💞.Our new freezer arrives on Friday, giving us plenty of time to have it up and running for our delivery in two weeks. I am so blessed to be a part of this community. 🥰
