We know, we know. 😅

Our next available appointments aren’t until November 5, and we are incredibly grateful that you all keep our schedule so full.

If you were hoping to get in during October, don’t give up just yet! Cancellations happen, which is exactly why we keep a waitlist. Send us a message to get your name on it, and we’ll reach out if something opens up.

And if you’re one of those people who always waits until your shoulders are basically touching your ears before you book your massage… consider this your reminder to get November on the calendar now. 😂

09/28/2026

And honestly? You’re seeing us at the perfect time because we only have a few October appointments left.

We’re a Tucson-based massage therapy business with two massage therapists and nearly 20 years of combined experience.

Every massage is customized to what YOUR body needs — whether that’s migraine management, post-injury support, improving mobility, or finally doing something about the neck, shoulder, and back tension that comes with everyday life (and sitting at a desk for 8 hours a day 😅).

If you’re seeing this and you don’t follow us yet, stick around! We’d love to have you here. 🤎

Ready for that massage you’ve been talking about? Head to the link in our bio to book, or comment MASSAGE and we’ll help you snag one of our remaining October appointments.

You don’t need to justify taking an hour for yourself. 💜

If 60 minutes where nobody needs anything from you sounds really good right now, click the link in our bio and book your massage today 🫶🏽

09/21/2026

Hate to break it to you, but the calendar probably isn’t getting quieter anytime soon. 😂

If you’ve been waiting for the “perfect” time to book your massage, this might be the sign you needed.

Click the link in our bio to grab an appointment while there’s still availability. 💜

09/16/2026

We’ve said it before, but we thought you might need the reminder. 😉

We still have availability this month, but October through December are always some of the hardest months to get on the schedule—and Saturday appointments are already completely booked for the rest of 2026.

So if you’ve been thinking about treating yourself to a little happiness, consider this your sign. 💜 Click the link in our bio and book your one-hour (or longer) massage before the remaining spots fill up!

Today, we pause to remember the lives lost on September 11, 2001, and the families whose lives were forever changed.

Twenty-five years later, we honor their memory and the courage, compassion and unity shown in the days that followed.

We will never forget. 🇺🇸

Be honest… did you drop your shoulders as soon as you read that? 😂

We carry tension in our bodies without even realizing it — clenched jaws, raised shoulders, tight necks, stiff backs.

Consider this your reminder to check in with your body today.

Take a breath. Drop those shoulders. Unclench that jaw.

And if your body is asking for a little more than a reminder? You know where to find us. 🤍
