Come join me Wednesday's at 6:45pm for Yin / Deep Stretch Reformer at Saint Francis Healthzone.

What is Yin Reformer you ask?
A Yin Reformer class blends the slow, meditative principles of yin yoga with the support and gentle resistance of the Pilates reformer. Rather than focusing on strength or fast-paced movement, the goal is to release tension, improve mobility, and calm the nervous system.
In a typical Yin Reformer class, you can expect:
Long-held stretches, often for 2–5 minutes, to target fascia, ligaments, tendons, and joint capsules.

Minimal muscular effort, allowing the body to soften into supported positions.
Reformer springs and straps that help support the body so you can relax more deeply into stretches.
Breath awareness and mindfulness to encourage relaxation and reduce stress.
A focus on improving flexibility, joint mobility, posture, and body awareness.
