Labor Day is a great reminder that you don’t always have to keep pushing. Sometimes, the best thing you can do is pause, breathe, and give yourself some time to reset.

For a limited time, I’m offering 60-minute Reiki sessions for $70 (regularly $90).

Reiki is a gentle practice that can help promote deep relaxation and support balance on the mental, emotional, spiritual, and physical levels.

If you’ve been feeling stressed, overwhelmed, drained, or simply in need of some quiet time for yourself, this is your invitation to slow down and recharge.

Go to www.kendallreihealing.com or text 918-924-5277 to schedule.
