Einstein said “Everything is energy and that’s all there is to it.”

We are energy. The Universe is energy. And “Energy cannot be created or destroyed, it can only be changed from one form to another". (The 1st Law of Thermodynamics).

I have seen so many people die and have been right there holding their hands. I have seen their facial expressions reacting to what they seen in these moments, heard them talking to their ancestors, and I have literally felt watched in a room when I was the only body with a pulse.

As I grow in my mediumship abilities, I am constantly validated by evidence. I would damn sure not be doing it otherwise. Stepping into this path shows me the beautiful experiences I get to be a part of that forever changes and heals my clients, and it means I get to show up for others in a way that I never have before- that only few of us are brave enough to admit we are capable of- bc society cannot or will not set aside fear or judgement of.

I love this work! It continues to shine a light for me in a world where I have many times felt disconnected with. I lived through my past for a reason and this is it. So block me now if you’re tired of hearing about bc it’s who I am now “and that’s all there is to it”.

It’s the 1st! PLEASE remember to clean your doorway first! Dont do this on top of old, stagnant energy.

I had an amazing healing mediumship session today and was able to help someone heal with a loved one who had passed. That’s exactly why I do this work! Helping someone heal with a loved one in spirit is an indescribable feeling of pure love and a life-changing experience! I am blessed to be able to do it.

Rocky always sits in my lap quietly during readings, he helps to ground me in the physical while my attention is up high.

This months full moon I took a salt bath to clear my energy, I made a list of the things I wanted to release, and buried it. I made moon water and drank it! What did you do?

Speak Reiki - Episode 27

Your Nervous System is Screaming. It’s Time to Listen.

You’re exhausted. You’re snapping at the people you love, your jaw is permanently clenched, and every minor inconvenience feels like a personal attack. Or maybe you’ve flipped to the other extreme—completely numb, trapped in a heavy fog where getting out of bed feels like moving through wet cement.

That isn't just "stress." That’s your body stuck in survival mode.

When you’re trapped in a constant state of fight, flight, or freeze, your mind spins out trying to fix everything, while your energy body absorbs every ounce of chaotic noise around you. You can’t think your way out of a fried nervous system. 🤔

It’s time to stop white-knuckling through life.

The Reading and Reiki Session:🙌

This isn't a fluffy, "just hold a crystal" experience. It’s an aggressive energetic intervention designed to pull you out of the mud.💪

The Intuitive Reading: We cut straight through the bu****it. I read your aura, pull cards, and dive into your chakras to pin down exactly what energy centers may be blocked, where you’re storing unexpressed rage or grief, and what we need to do about it. Whether you have specific questions about your career, relationships, or personal growth, we’ll uncover the underlying themes, blocks, and next steps waiting for you.🔮

The Reiki Reset: Then fully clothed, you lie down, let go, and let me handle the heavy lifting. We clear out the stagnant, heavy garbage cluttering your field, pull you out of survival brain, and force your system back into alignment.

How It Feels: A sense of profound calm, mental clarity, and stress relief are the most immediate response. You'll remember what it's like to smile again, to laugh out loud. How about actually LISTENING to what someone is saying, rather than REACTING?!

Stop waiting for a breaking point. Your nervous system is begging for a reset—give it one.
