It is with profound sadness and heavy hearts that we mourn the tragic passing of Dr. James Barrow.

Dr. Barrow was so much more than an exceptional OB/GYN. He was a devoted husband, a loving father, a true friend, and an extraordinary human being. He dedicated his life to caring for others, bringing countless lives into this world, and making a difference in the lives of the families who trusted him.

But beyond his accomplishments as a physician, it was the kind of man he was that made him truly special. He was genuine, compassionate, hardworking, and simply one of those rare people who made the world a better place just by being in it.

To those of us fortunate enough to know him personally, he wasn't just a respected colleague. He was a friend. A truly wonderful person whose kindness, friendship, and presence can never be replaced.

There are simply no words that can adequately express the heartbreak of losing someone like Dr. Barrow, nor can words describe how deeply he will be missed.

From all of us at Access Urgent Care, our hearts and prayers are with his wife, children, family, friends, colleagues, and the countless patients whose lives he touched.

Rest in peace, Dr. Barrow. You were truly one of a kind, and this world will not be the same without you. ❤️
