She embarked on her healing journey and into the world of massage therapy at Texas Center for Massage Therapy graduating with 815.5 credit hours in 2016. Stephanie is highly skilled in a variety of modalities including Cranial Sacral Therapy, Manual Lymphatic Drainage, Myofascial, Prenatal, Reiki Energy Healing, Reflexology, Sports, Swedish, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point and Trauma-Informed Somatic Massage. With such diverse expertise, she can cater her approach to address a wide range of client needs and conditions.
