This Thursday at 5:45 pm, head over to the Headtotoewith Shelia LLC studio for B.Y.O.C. as we get ready for the big event. We’ll be doing a lively 30-minute demo at the HOOP FOR YOUR HEART EVENT, so come dance along with the Headtotoewith Shelia LLC crew during class. RSVP at 937-212-2684.
