The BeWise Program is a grant funded program that provides FREE cardiovascular risk screenings to low-income, underinsured, or uninsured women ages 40-64. The mission of the BeWise program is to provide women with the knowledge, skills, and opportunities to improve their diet, physical activity, and other life habits to prevent, delay or control cardiovascular and other chronic diseases.
