Did you know you can get insurance that covers doula care?

Partum Health is in-network with BlueCross BlueShield of Illinois and UnitedHealthcare for doula care. If you’re pregnant or planning to be in 2027, check before you auto-renew! Every plan is different, so talk to your HR and insurance company. And, if you don’t know where to start, our team can help you check your coverage and eligibility.

Save this for when you sit down to compare plans, or send it to a parent-to-be

Say it with us - developing gestational diabetes is not a personal failing. And it's not something you have to navigate on your own.

Our nutrition counselors like Morgan work with patients like you to build nutrition plans that fit your life and each stage in your pregnancy and postpartum journey.

What often helps most? Just having someone in your corner who can turn the questions swirling in your head into something that feels doable, with room for the foods you love.

If you could use some extra guidance, find the link in our bio to get started!

Swipe for a real look at what doula care covers 🤍

From the questions you ask before labor even starts to the visit that happens after you're home, because the research is clear: this kind of support changes outcomes, not just experiences.

Your pelvic floor carries you through pregnancy, birth, and everything after 🤍

It deserves real care in return. Yet for many families, postpartum follow-up ends before this conversation ever starts.

A tip worth knowing: you can ask about pelvic floor PT at your postpartum visit. And many people begin working with a pelvic floor therapist during pregnancy, too.

Save this for your next appointment, or send it to a parent who needs to hear it ⬇️

Your pelvic floor is a part of your entire core system, working with your abs and back to hold everything in place. So when it's *off* after pregnancy, symptoms don't always show up where you'd expect...

Sometimes it's hip pain. Sometimes it's a heaviness that's hard to explain. Sometimes your body is quietly compensating in ways you haven't connected back to your pelvic floor yet - until it's not so quiet.

A physical therapist who specializes in pelvic floor recovery isn't there to stop a symptom. They're helping your body feel strong, supported, and coordinated again 🙌

If any of this sounds familiar, our team is here to help 💪 Visit the link in our bio to get started!

We asked which piece of baby gear she says to skip - and the answer surprised us.

If you bought this item too, there’s no shame. The registry industrial complex got all of us at some point.

Comment what baby gear you wish you HADN'T bought to save someone the trouble ⬇️

🚨If breastfeeding hurts, that is not something you have to push through!! 🚨

A lot of parents seem get the message somewhere along the way that pain is "just part of it"... please know, it's NOT. And soldiering through it doesn't just hurt you, it can affect feeding too.

Feeding shouldn't come at such a cost! If something feels off, one of our IBCLC-certified lactation consultants can help you figure out why. Go to the link in our bio to get started 🙌

When you're deep in those early weeks, remembering to eat and drink water can feel like one more task on a list that's already too long.

That's where a doula quietly steps in. Not to take over, just to notice what you might miss when you're running on no sleep and pure adrenaline.

Sometimes the most helpful support is the kind you don't even have to ask for.

Postpartum isn't one moment. It's a whole year of changing needs 🫶

Save this and come back to it as you move through each stage, because what you need at week 2 is not what you need at month 6.
