Curiosity killed the cat. I showed up to do a sound bath for his mama and friends but this wild man couldn’t wait to get his hands on the bowls. He had so many beautiful questions and a spark in his eye. The kids entering Earth are truly magical beings. I love being in the presence of their imagination, dreams, and perspectives. May we all learn to play like little children.

When people ask me, what are sound baths like? This is the photo I’m going to start sending them! 😂 But, on a serious note, this sweet rescue pup joined tonight’s private sound bath for his mom. We were unsure how he was going to like it- turns out he loved it and she will start doing this with him more often. We all need healing. Humans and animals. ✨

The sound bowls attract random strangers that always feel like family to me when the session is complete. I love stepping into peoples lives for a brief moment to share the benefits of sound healing, touching their hearts and sending them on their way to enjoy the rest vacation with a cleansed energy field. ✨

Pre-Thanksgiving dinner sound bath. A sweet friend reached out to me 2 years ago to do a pre thanksgiving dinner sound bath for her family who were coming into town and everyone enjoyed it. COVID hit last year and we were not able to do it. This year we seemed to have more people who wanted to jump in on the sound bath and it turned out wonderful! I find a sound bath before any family function a beautiful gift, it calms everyone’s nervous system and cleans up energy baggage you may be carrying around. ❤️✨

Where the bowls lead, I follow, for the adventure is never ending. Today, I got to facilitate a sound bath by the pool while the sweet lady was able to completely relax and allow the water to fully support her. Not only were we hearing the high vibrations from the bowls but also the birds and the waves crashing on the shore as she lives on the bay. What an honor to be a part of such a unique experience. Tonight’s sound bath set up was so chic. Ms. Denise was gifted a sound bath for her birthday by one of her sweetest friends. After the sound bath she said, “I thought I was levitating off the couch at one point.” What a powerful statement- she was so relaxed that she thought she was floating through the air. My favorite part facilitating sound baths are at the end when people tell me about their experience. It always surprises me with their response and how each person receives the sound and vibrations. My first all “male” session! I love that the masculine is rising to be healed and not shying away because it isn’t “manly.” The group was so open to receive the frequencies and vibrations and were vibing so high after the session. Thank you for welcoming me in to your guys night and being so receptive to the healing! The bowls are touching so many lives and it makes me feel like a gitty little girl on the inside! 🥰

You know the feeling you get when you walk into a space that feels like home. All your senses are heighten and your worries, stresses and anxieties are lowered instantly. This was my feeling when I walked into this home for my first sound bath since my wisdom teeth removal surgery. It was a warm welcome back feeling. Sage was burning in the air so my sense of smell was in heaven, soft music in the background so my sense of hearing was at peace, the space was decorated with very scared pieces that all had meaning so my sense of sight was feeling magical, we had fruit following the session so my sense of taste was fulfilled, and all the warm beautiful souls touched my heart in their own powerful way so my sense of touch was satisfied. After the session we sat and talked for what seemed like hours and it felt like a reunion of old souls gathering again. Our small town has become to feel like a big city and it nice to find likeminded hearts and souls that can speak the same language. ❤️✨
