Did you know that each of your feet has not one, but THREE arches? Subtalar neutral is the correct bio-mechanical position to align each of these three arches, allowing for optimum comfort and performance in everyday life.

This is the methodology behind the Sports Medicine Store's custom insoles that so many have been able to utilize over the years to alleviate their foot, ankle, knee, hip and even back pain! Subtalar neutral is the best way to align your foot properly with every step. By doing so, the adjustment can reach throughout the entire weight-bearing section of the body, getting you out of pain and back to living your life comfortably.

Stop by the store or call at 816.859.5440 to learn more and get fitted for your own custom insoles!
