Feeling absolutely incredible today as I see 180 pounds on the scale! 🎉 Every step on this scale is a reminder that this journey is not just about losing weight; it's about embracing a lifelong lifestyle change.

I've lost around 170 pounds so far, and I'm nearly at the point where I can say I've lost half of myself, literally! Just 5 more pounds to go. It's surreal to even think about it, let alone say it out loud. This journey has taught me resilience, patience, and the importance of consistent effort. Every meal, every workout, every day counts.

Thank you all for your unending support. Here's to living healthier, stronger, and for the many joys yet to come! 🌟

Today marks a huge milestone in my weight loss journey. I used to weigh over 350 pounds, and for months, I've been stuck between 190 and 195, feeling like I’d never break below 190. But today, I finally did it! I'm down to 186 pounds! 🎉

This journey has been filled with challenges, but also so many triumphs. Breaking through this plateau is a reminder that perseverance pays off.

Thank you to everyone who has supported and encouraged me along the way. Here’s to continuing the journey and achieving even more! 💪

From June 2015 to April 2024 — these photos are not just about weight loss; they're about a journey of self-discovery and transformation through nutrition and resilience.
