This was so delicious! Apple pie is my favorite and this take on flavored matcha hit the spot!

I really like our matcha blend as is, fortified with adaptogens such as moringa, lions mane, cordyceps and acacia (not an adaptogen). Sweetened with monk fruit, matcha lovers and haters continuously comment on how much they love this mix!

While 'tis the season for our fruity syrups and sauces, come try them at our upcoming in-person events.

Locking in to the fullness of being an almond auntie!

Apples were an easy start to learning dehydration, so if you're looking to begin this journey as well, search for a dehydrator that's suitable for you. We went with this 6-tray edition from BioChef because it was $49.99 at our local liquidation store (normally $119.99). You can certainly thrift them if that's possible in your area, and it's also possible that someone in your family may actually have one that you can borrow.

Also, should I post the Caramel Apple Butter recipe? It's so decadent and I'm looking to try it in my iced matcha because sometimes ya' girl wants something other than black coffee.

UPDATE! Sadly, I dropped all the berries while I was taking them inside and they did not survive. However, I'm a survivor and will not be defeated. I'll be out there again and hopefully get some wild blackberries in the process.

In the meantime, I received an incredible gift of rosemary and purchased a 6-rack dehydrator from VALLEY LIQUIDATION for which I also got 5 bags of apples (honeycrisp and cosmic crisp).

I have a lot of herb and fruit processing to do tonight but hopefully I'll pay photos of my progress.

Homemade laundry detergent with borax is a budget-friendly way to boost cleaning power, brighten whites, and soften hard water.
