The Alex Gardner Mother-Baby Nutrition Foundation is hosting our very first in-person class next month, and we’d love to see you there!

🍼 Join me and Melanie Kondrat, IBCLC of Dragonfly Lactation, for a relaxed, informative session all about breastfeeding nutrition and infant feeding, designed to support you in nourishing both yourself and your baby with confidence.

✨ This class is completely FREE and open to any family who wants to attend!
