The Oklahoma Medical Ma*****na Authority (OMMA) has updated their requirements for patient application processing. Effective immediately, all patients must provide their Social Security Number and a valid state-issued medical ma*****na license number when signing into the OMMA system and submitting an application.

This is a mandatory statewide requirement set by OMMA.
To avoid delays in approval, please be sure to have this information available before your appointment or when uploading your documents.
