We get it, we're busy moms, it's hard to find a second of free time to workout. Just remember that every minute of movement counts! Give yourself credit for all the little things you do throughout the day. Hopefully this reel gives you some ideas of how you can move a little more!

If you need a quick and easy solution to adding protein on the go without paying $2.50 for a protein bar- we've got you!!

Chocolate Chip Oat Protein Balls
Ingredients:
2 C dry old fashioned oats
1 C nut butter
1 C ground flaxseed
2 TBS chia seeds
2/3 C honey
1 C mini chocolate chips
2 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions:
Add all ingredients to a bowl and mix to combine.
Let the bowl chill in the fridge for 30-40 minutes.
Remove the bowl from the fridge and roll a tablespoon of the mixture into a ball.
More moisture (honey, peanut butter) or more chilling time will help if the balls are not sticking together.
Store in an air-tight container in the fridge for up to 5 days.
