What an amazing week we’ve had! 🎉

Not only have we been busy preparing for DSW Appreciation Week, but the State also came on Tuesday for our annual survey!

We are **so happy to announce that we had ZERO deficiencies!** 🙌🏼 That is such awesome news and a huge accomplishment for our entire team!

A heartfelt congratulations and THANK YOU to all of our direct support workers and office employees for everything y’all do each and every day. The hard work, dedication, and effort you put into keeping everything up to date and doing your jobs the right way truly shows when the State arrives!

We couldn’t be prouder of our team! Thank y’all for helping make our company what it is. We appreciate each and every one of you more than you know!🎉

Today, all of our amazing employees stopped by to pick up their checks, grab some goodies, and enjoy a yummy dirty soda! 🥤💗

💙Happy Direct Support Worker Appreciation Week💙

This week, we want to take a moment to say something that we hope you know every single day: **we appreciate you. Truly.**

To each of our direct support workers — thank you for the time, patience, compassion, and heart you give to the people you support. We know this work isn’t always easy. There are long days, challenging moments, and plenty of times when you give more of yourself than anyone sees.

But **we see you.** We see the dedication you bring, the relationships you build, the little things you do that make someone’s day better, and the difference you make simply by being there.

Our company would not be what it is without **y’all**. We are incredibly grateful that you choose to work with us, that you trust us to be your employer, and most importantly, that you trust us to be part of the work you do.

Thank you for showing up, for caring, for giving your best, and for making a difference in someone’s life every day. **We are genuinely thankful for each and every one of you.** 💙

Happy Direct Support Worker Appreciation Week! You deserve to be celebrated — not just this week, but all year long. 🫶🏼✨
