It clears and balances the chakras(energy centers) to promote healing,stress reduction and relaxation.Balancing and harmonizing all the aspects of your being by increasing your vibration. The energy flows through the trained and attuned practitioner's hands while placed on or above the body. Acupressure,tuning forks and healing stones may also be applied during the session. Reik is beneficial for: pain,illness,radiation,chemotherapy,addiction,anxiety,,grief,depression,,insomnia,,ADD,surgery,hospice,autism, Alzheimer's, and Down's Syndrome. It is complementary to traditional medicine and is used universally in hospitals and with hospice. My compassion and intuition will further assist in individual healing,transformation and empowerment. I feel immensely blessed to have Reiki in my life and I feel honored to assist others in achieving optimal health and well-being. Namaste
