In answer to when I will open my practice, know that I am watching these graphs, particularly the graph of North Carolina, and waiting for the color of our line to be green. The governor may tell me I can open Vibrant Being while the graphs are still yellow, or heaven help us, red, but that doesn't mean that I will feel it is safe for you to work with me yet.

Don’t wait for “more data” or results from complicated models. It isn’t too late to start now. The earlier you act, the earlier things can go back to normal.

So what is your massage therapist doing with all this down time besides watching my nails grow? I have been sewing face masks for medical professionals with Project Mask WS. We have collectively made and distributed 6,888 masks so far and have about 5,000 more requests to fill at present. Because massage, by it's nature, requires closer contact than six feet, I am temporarily closing my practice until it is safe and healthy to re-open. I am so looking forward to that day! Tracy Walton expresses my feelings - and the feelings of other massage therapists, I'm sure - beautifully.

Tomorrow is my first day back in the office after a break to visit family out west and provide healing sessions at a women's retreat in New Mexico, and I just had a cancellation for tomorrow's (Monday Nov 4) 12:30 appointment time.
