at The Holistic Health and Wellness Center. Cheryl has been sharing her gifts of healing from her Ojibwe Ancestry since 2007. She is also a Reiki Master, LaHoChi Practitioner and has certificates in Craniosacral Therapy, Ortho-bionomy, and AromaTouch Technique. She will also be incorporating Acupressure and Therapeutic Breathwork to her practice soon.

Social distancing ≠ total isolation.

During these unprecedented times, let's remember to be a good human and offer help to those in need - in a safe way.

• Phone calls will keep us connected when we're not physically near each other.
• Dropping off a bag of groceries on your elderly neighbors doorstep keeps their shelves and hearts full.
• Love your neighbors. Have you see the videos of people singing with, working out from rooftops, and interacting with each other from far distances? A wave and smile can change your (and their) day.
• Continue to support your local businesses! Many restaurants are offering carry out services: meaning they can continue supporting their families.
• Take a deep breath, this is a time for us to come back to our true selves. CHERISH this extra time with your family. Take extra time to do a deep spring clean of the house. Take a few moments and step outside your back door to breath in the fresh air.
