Saifon Plewtong Chang, The Healing Chef, is the owner and chef at True Seasons Organic Kitchen. She is also the former owner of a respiratory company, manufacturing and supplying equipment to hospitals and nursing facilities. She has been involved with the health care business for over seventeen years. She is a founder of The Free Pantry nonprofit organization, providing fruits and vegetables to the elderly and families in need. While being a mom of two wonderful boys, Saifon also started the Bible Salt brand of salt products and JesusHarvest.Life. After overcoming years of health challenges, Saifon is passionate about sharing the good gift that God has provided in food and whole salt to fulfill and heal us. More than anything, Saifon seeks to spread the good news of Jesus Christ through all that she does. David Huie is Saifon’s partner at True Seasons Organic Kitchen, JesusHarvest.Life, and the co-founder of The Free Pantry. In early adulthood, David was involved in a traumatic car accident that resulted in the loss of a close friend, and left David in a coma with severe burns. This painful experience taught him the importance of health and the fragility of life. God used this humbling period in David’s life to bring him to salvation through Jesus Christ. This second chance at life gave David an enduring motivation to make each day count, and a passion to help believers to persevere in their faith. David is also an investor and entrepreneur, but his partnership with Saifon has been the source of the greatest satisfaction as they spread the Gospel, point believers to the Word of God, and help them to prosper physically and spiritually.
