Are you tired of waiting for motivation? And is it really about a new beginning?
The fact of the matter is, though new beginnings can help, I needed a new understanding of what strength really means. 🔥
Obviously, I’ve been on this journey for years. But also, as you can see, it’s definitely been a journey of ups and downs. The woman in the pink suit below, in 2023? She thought she was in good shape. And in some ways, she was.
But looking back, I realize how much I still had to learn about strength, consistency, and taking care of the whole person—not just the body I saw in the mirror.
Over the last year, I’ve lost 30 pounds. I’m back to a weight I haven’t seen in years.
But the weight isn’t the biggest win.
I’m stronger. I’m more intentional about my habits. I understand my body better. And I’ve learned that taking care of myself isn’t about chasing a number or trying to get back to who I used to be.
It’s about becoming who I’m called to be in this season of life.
And that process? It doesn’t end when you reach a goal.
At Renewed Warrior Strength, I believe you can rebuild at any stage of life. You don’t have to start over every Monday. You don’t need a perfect schedule, endless motivation, or another extreme plan.
You need a starting point, a plan that fits your real life, and the willingness to keep showing up.
Your next chapter starts strong.
If you’re tired of putting yourself last, starting over, and wondering why nothing seems to stick, I want to help you change that.
Over the next 6 weeks, you can start building the habits, strength, and confidence that carry you forward—not just toward a number on the scale, but toward a stronger version of yourself.
You don’t have to wait until January. You don’t have to wait until life slows down.
Our next round starts November 15. This will usher you into the new year STRONG!
