WinterBliss Wellness Retreat 2/14/20-2/16/20. Enjoy an unforgettable weekend of body/mind/spirit exploration in the cozy Abe Martin Lodge of the magical Brown County State Park.

WinterBliss is an extraordinary 2.5-day retreat dedicated to renewal, restoration and new year's dreaming. Partake of any or ALL the dozen+ offerings including "Laughter Yoga", NIA, Mindfulness, Watercolor Weaving, and Sound Healing, to name a few. Registration fee covers entire workshop curriculum. Food and optional lodging are extra. Besides workshops, there are cozy spots by the fire, woodland walks, a healing room, and a heated indoor pool on site. There's also a restaurant at the lodge with healthy soups, salads, and other menu items. And the magical town of Nashville is just a 10-minute drive away.
