This week is about showing up, pushing your limits, and seeing what you’re actually capable of when you push your limits.

The lineup this week:

Saturday 👉🏾 Battle Royale (open to the public $10)

Our gym is the place where nobody gives a damn what your workout face looks like… because we’re all too tired to notice anyway. 😭😂💪🏾

245 ➝ 229 in 4 weeks.
Not luck. Not “good genetics.” Not a quick fix.

This happened because she stopped guessing at it and followed a STRUCTURED PROGRAM.

Here’s the exact formula I gave her 👇🏽:
• Strength training 3–4x/week to change her body, not just the scale
• Steady-state cardio 2x/week (nothing crazy, just consistent)
• Meal prep weekly so decisions weren’t made when she was tired or stressed
• Accountability: someone making sure she actually showed up for herself…AKA ME!

Results come from discipline over motivation and doing what’s required, even when no one’s watching and yo ass “doesn’t feel like it.”

Most women don’t fail because they can’t do it…
they fail because they don’t stay committed to their goals.
